BrightTodaySVG Standard Commercial Use License
Thank you for your purchase from BrightTodaySVG! All purchases include the BrightTodaySVG General Commercial Use License. This document explains how you can use the item(s) for personal and commercial purposes. We define an “item” as a graphic, design, or font unless otherwise specified.
High-Volume Production & Print on Demand
If you wish to use an item, except for fonts, for high-volume production (over 500 copies) or any volume of print on demand, you must purchase an Enterprise License for each individual item.
Permitted Uses:
- Personal and Commercial Use: You may use any purchased item for both personal projects and commercial purposes. This includes creating products for sale using the item.
- Physical Products: The item may be applied to a physical product, provided that the original digital design is not altered or modified.
Example: If you purchase an elephant graphic, you can print it on a t-shirt and sell the t-shirt as long as the graphic remains unchanged. Customizations, like adding names for resale, are also allowed. - Fonts: Fonts (OTF and TTF files) may be used to create commercial-use, text-based digital designs but cannot be resold or redistributed. SVG alphabet sets are treated as designs and cannot be used for text-based designs this way.
- Print-on-Demand: Fonts may be used as part of a flattened design to create and sell digital designs on POD sites.
Restrictions:
- Digital Redistribution: The item, in its original digital form, may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, shared, or redistributed.
Example: If you buy a flower design, you cannot include the digital file of the flower in a product bundle or offer it with a t-shirt that displays the flower design. - Digitization for Embroidery: Digital cut files and fonts may not be digitized for resale as embroidery files.
- Print-on-Demand Services: With the exception of flattened fonts (OTF/TTF), designs may not be used for print-on-demand services. SVG alphabet sets are considered designs and may not be used for POD.
- Uploading to Third-Party Platforms: Fonts (OTF/TTF) cannot be uploaded to any create-on-demand or third-party software platforms.
- Stock Images and Mockups: You cannot use the website’s images, including stock photos or mockups of items, to promote or market your own products.
- Printed Transfers: While you can print digital designs, they may not be sold as printed transfers.
- Third-Party Manufacturing: Designs may not be uploaded to any service that manufactures physical products on your behalf (e.g., Printify, Amazon Merch).
